Thanks for all the feedback on Anthony's breech.

The rear site is now adjusted all the way down. Looks like I need to make a taller front site. Still hitting 1-1/2" to high. Windage looks pretty good.

I am surprised that no one has asked the most important question about this breech  ???

Rich,
When I saw how high that rear was and that you didn't have a large muzzle brake on it, I wondered how far you were shooting it and still not shooting high.  Now I know you had not sighted it in yet.
In the pic below, I have a 2300KT with a 1701 (NOT 1701-p) muzzle brake, Crosman's tallest sight pin, and the rear sight like yours set as low as I can get it.  It shoots well at 5 meters using the 6:00 o'clock hold.

Only thing I need to do is to add a drop of wax to the hold down screw. I ordered the forward screw location.

You are not a keeper are you Mr. 13?  ;)..Had it been mine I would never have sold it..These excellent machinists who feed our hobby will soon be gone and their eclectic products would soon be very much sought after items  8) I respect your move though you are a sharing man  ;)

I think I found a set screw that I can use for the front site. Will try to get some site time in between rain showers over the next few days.

Btw: Ed, I think I found, well I did find one of the 6mm set screws for the transfer port mod. Looking at it though, I do not think I can open it up more than .140" diameter. The minor diameter of the threads will break through. I'm sending a pm now.

I too got the forward screw location, I think it gives a better seal, being that it's closer to the T.P. I really like that it makes the pistol 5oz lighter, so much easier to hold on target.

Rich are you looking for something to use as a larger transfer port tube?  Let me know as I have some stainless that I've used in the past that works great.  If I remember the ID is 0.181".

Thanks Carl. I'm good. That 6mm transfer port mod was something I promised Ed a while back. I made him a couple and misplaced them. I found this one to send to him.

So is it really a 6mm set screw bored out?  Is it too late to post a picture?  Wonder if he gets someone to tap the valve for a 6mm screw.  Interesting.

i saw this mod that that ark did a while back but did wonder at the max bore you could get
i've thought about using a m8 grub screw so i could bore it out to 4.2mm which is the size i make my tp's at but for all the work and effort i believe a piece of poly pipe or ptfe is easier
