Ok, First off, I'd like to mention that the crosman MKI and the 13xx variant guns ARE my favorite airguns in existence.. Having said that - I got a trade offer. My MKI in EXC condition externally, With stippled Cocobolo grips, but in need of seals - for - 1300 medalist, and 2 1377's all non-modified and the 1377's are phase II guns. I must mention too that the the medalist and one of the 1377's need seals.. but you guys know as well as i do that I could easily swap out those seals in less than 20min lol. Should I do it??? If I do, I will need to track down a MK frame to model grips from until I buy another one.. If anyone has a MK frame they will trade or sell to me let me know, because this will play a big role in wether I can even do this trade or not.. If I can't find a frame, I really cant do this because I have MK grips to make for customers in the near future. This is a terribly tempting trade because the 1377's have quickly become my favorite airgun.. AND I wanna be like DRAGON64 and have a pile of 13xx guns to show off.. I already got two, why not 2 more.. and a medalist which is kinda the same but not really.. What would you do? What is a 1300 medalist worth??
Here is my MKI

My $.02s, I would hold on to the MK1.
1377s, of various ages, seem to pop up on classifieds fairly regularly, but the MK1s I don't see that often. Maybe I'm just missing them, but that's my $.02s.
I have to agree with slothart. Hang on to your MK-1. They are classics and one of thee best shooters Crosman ever came out with.

Really? man that actually surprises me that you guys think that.. 3 guns for 1. I know the MKI is worth more than any of those guns but the medalist has gotta be worth more than 50-60 bucks... if each of them was 50$ that would be a total trade value of approx 150, and you can buy a nice MKI in this shape or better for 125 correct? Because of the recent spike in my love for the 13xx, I don't know if i can resist the trade... I just don't want to make a trade and end up regretting it. This is tough.
J.Austin
Keep it!
I'll def agree that the MK is without a doubt one of the best, if not thee best pistol crosman ever put on the market... Its a mighty tough decision..

whatever that means LOL
the 1300 are about $100 or so depending on condition --- each gun mention pops up now and again or put a WANT TO BUY (WTB) on the yellow for an MK I or II --- something will turn up

A quote from the "Soup Nazi" on Seinfeld...
i think i would keep the mk
now im a big pumper fan but there is something about the mk
Keep it, its historical and a great target pistol. A gazilion times nicer than the 3 offered IMO (especailly with yours in good condition).
If he'll give you 3, it ain't worth it. I mean 3? I'll give you a million £'s for that winning lotto ticket worth 10 million £'s. Deal? :D
Do you like quality or quantity? ???
