Title: 760 flat top
Post by: ChiefBoats.ret on November 29, 2011, 04:34:45 AM
Will a 760 FT piston & valve work in the Crosman M4-177? I have heard that they have the same innards.

From all I've read and seen it is basically a drop-in operation.

I just got another M417 as a gift from my Brother inlaw i will be doing some mod's to this soon. I will let you no how things work out. The 760 valve should fit and so will the 1377s i think. Im going to mod a 760 valve i have and try to make a FT piston, so wish me luck on this one lol.

Several users have already fitted flat top pistons and valves and reported nice gains in FPS.  Somewhere around 100 FPS or close to that.
