Title: Can we start a current price list thread?
Post by: asset smith on April 28, 2012, 09:02:43 PM
i was thinking if we had a thread that every time someone got parts from crosman they posted the part #s, price, and current date then maybe after a while we could build a refference for at least common part prices. has this been done befor? if so i cant find it. is it even possible  ??? seems like then you could search prices by part # (if its been posted by someone). just a thought. let me know what you guys think

There is already a thread here like you mentioned. Why not post to it?

Perhaps a moderator could sticky this or move it to a more suitable place???

I see the benefit of a thread like that and also the cons... With the ever changing prices of parts, someone would need to update it all the time or it would never get used. The part numbers on the other hand are a great thing. Then list prices "as of"  and add a date and take it from there. You'll end up close at least.

The other con is that whoever starts the topic will be the only one able to edit the main post....hate to say it, but I don't want the job! Been there done that and have the t-shirt to prove it.........and it does become a job then  :-X

I vote that we add to that thread. Someone will need to unlock it so replies can be made there.

thanks for adding that Oldnshakey ! there are some prices on your list i was going to have to call about and you saved me the effort.  :-*
thats what i was hoping to do with this thread is save us the time of calling and save Crosman customer service the phone time as well (means more time for them to pull orders and ship out our stuff  ;) ).

the price list doesnt help me :(

most would!
but if it keeps you at home and running around getting in trouble some accept it.
i just opened up my hospital bills 2 days ago over $400,000 my insurance picked up most of it, now i still owe over $12,000 and still have more coming! hopefully i have that covered.by the time this is all done over $500,000 with the machines, therapies and other stuff i need now.
if i would have just stayed home like i said i was going to.
my crosmanitis pales in comparison to that!
i need to get into the medical field and get some of that money
