I know that.I am talking about with the RIM set up.Does one operate smoother than the other? You know, less pellet hanging in the breech screw hole and port.

Oh,I been meaning to ask you,are you still using that 760 forearm on your 1377?
oops :-[ i guess i should have read the title
as for the forearm im  no longer using it. its just laying at the bottom of my spare parts bag

I have a scope on my 2240. Would I still be able to keep it ?Would there be clearance issues?

As previously mentioned, you will need tall rings under your scope so that the rim doesn't interfere with your scope.  But it can be done.

Thanks for the replies. I think the rim would be a nice mod

My question is how well does it feed in 177? With the breech being generic to 177 and 22 Just manually loading you end up with backwards pellets or it hanging up. The 22 I have works a treat exp after I waxed the breech screw.

It feeds the pellets just fine mainly because the pellets drop out of the cartridge/magazine directly into the proper place for the bolt to push it in.

Joe is taking a break.  From the last time we exchanged eMails a while back, he was fed up with some of the air gun community and their demands and expectations.

Can't blame him.   :(
