For the price it's well worth having, that is, a golf clicker. I got mine off of eBay for 1.50 shipped. I keep up with the shot count on my 2240 with it. It works great. ☺ They come in several different colors.

I had one of those when I was caddying as a kid. It was funny how some of those guys I was caddying for came up with lower numbers than I did ;-) I learned to ask what they had shot and make a convincing agreement, saying "yep, thats what I got too".....almost always worked for bigger tips!

I have been shooting mostly 5-shot groups on paper, so I mark my targets beforehand with 7 dots and a sight in dot or 2. I can get 35 shots that I know will be consistant with my 2400KT. I count out 5 at a time for each group. Same goes with the Fusion, but at 45 shots. Every now and then I get crazy and make 35 dots and shoot each one once :-)

About the only way I can keep track is using the shaker box.

I put out 5 pellets, shoot 5 pellets, then put out 5 more pellets. Every 5 pellets with my CO2 guns, I mark IIII/ for 5 shots on a piece of paper. It works for me. :-*
We need to keep going and have fun doing it.

Sorry to raise a long lost topic, but I agree Bill, those are well worth the 10 or so bucks to have, then if one has a stand, get the right metal plate, or make a quick and simply wood one to get by. The cool thing with the boxes that many don'y realize at first is they are 5 across, and 10 down. Plus it makes sorting out 100 pellets way easy and lets you quickly spot bent skirts and such.

P.S. Since I have been coaching I have found many of these little items very useful to help not only the kids, but us coaches as well.
