I'm curious what kind of scope I might could get for the $200 cost of a Burris Fastfire 3?
I really like the Millett SP1 red dot.  It has a 3 moa dot and is light and really only needs one mount.  The regular dovetail mount works great.  I use it for 10M & 5M target shooting.  No complaints.
This target was shot from a rested position.  I'm not that good free hand. ;)

Learned something new! I always assumed that the m-rod pistol and the m-rod rifle shared the same trigger assembly.

Here is a P-rod pistol mounted in a cut down & drilled for gauge 2260 stock with a M-rod trigger assy.  It is a sweet shooter with a LW barrel.

I just discovered that I made an error when I placed the order and now I have a .177 pellet gun coming that i do not want - I wanted .22  >:(

We'll find out today if Crosman will fix this of I am scr**ed and have to sell the thing.  >:( >:( >:(

The Zen Master

Aghhh hey do NOT MAKE a 10" .22 LW barrel.

They offered to change the order to a 10" Crosman .22 barrel but I am just disgusted they don't have the barrel I want. I told them to just leave the order alone and I'll sell it.

BillK

Now that you have ordered a Custom Shop item you may qualify to order a 14" LW barrel.  That barrel could be cut from the transfer port end to any size.  Wyoman has much info on drilling a new transfer port & doing the lead in.
Just a thought.....  ???

Ahhhh it just frustrates me because I should have ordered the 2400 with the 14" LW .22 barrel and cut it down.

They should organize the barrel selections by caliber, not a scrolling band. In all my looking back and forth between the models and options I selected the wrong barrel - and they don't offer the barrel I want.

I'll sell it. I'll be fine with my 1322.

I know you are pissed right now >:(  but, later think about that your going to take a good hit on selling a new/used gun.  Probably more than the cost of a new 14" LW barrel.   Plus you will have a 10" LW barrel to either use or sell.  You really do have some options.  Keep the door open. ;)

It's here - I'm half-surprised there are no markings on the barrel to signify it as a match barrel

I haven't shot it but I do not like it and will sell it. I would have been better off building what I want from parts even if I had to cut a barrel down.

The Zen Master

Crosman is being nice enough to offer to sell me a 14.6" LW barrel (that I can have cut down) for the custom shop price, or a Crosman 10.1" .22 barrel for less than $10.00!

I'm going for the Crosman barrel and forget this LW nonsense.

The Zen Master

Ordered the Crosman 10.1" .22 barrel & bolt from Crosman and I have a Marauder 2-stage trigger (1701) on the way.

I need a set of 1322 American Classic grips.

The Zen Master

Next time - just buy your air pistol from Amazon and then get the parts you want from Alliance Hobby and build your own pistol.

CCS guns are much cheaper than if you build one. Moreover, the LW barrel would have given you excellent accuracy. Outside, they look like Crosman barrels. It is the rifling that is different.

The Zen Master

I just wanted a nice 10.1" .22 CO2 pistol - it would have been great if they had a 10.1" .22 LW barrel, but they don't. I ordered the .177 LW by mistake it is completely worthless to me.

It would have been cheaper to buy a basic .22 CO2 pistol from Amazon and add the Marauder (1701) trigger from Alliance - instead now I have a pile of parts I will never use.

Also, the MIM adjustable rear sight - another waste of money that needs a shim to fill the gap between the dovetail in the steel breech, and the sight itself, to get the sight to sit at the bottom of the dovetail so you don't bottom out the rear height adjustment getting on target...

Sheez!

The steel breech that comes free from The Crosman Custom Shop is also a fine deal  :-*

Personally, I prefer .177.

I was able to order a 2400KT with a simulated carbon fiber stock and forearm during the 4th of July. That time, they were on sale for 20% less and with free shipping to boot. Of course, I got a 14.6" Lothar barrel. I have also ordered Don Cothran parts for it because I plan to sell the tube, breech, etc..

Do you intend to sell that 10" .177 LW of yours?

Crosman sent me a 12" long .22 barrel without the flat for the front sight, and strangely, it has 3 flats milled on the top of the barrel???

Anyways, I am again waiting for my 10.1" .22 barrel...

I'm not ready to start figuring out what to sell.
