Have you tried a heavier hammer spring yet??

not yet, i think ive got a disco one around here somewhere...nope its still in the Disco!

im thinking of going against what i believe in, and making a power adjuster (im not a fan of them)but I have a spare end cap in my bits box, drill and tap it and see how that goes.

Personally, I would go with the Disco power spring and forgo the power adjuster.  Most folks have never really had any success with them, me included.  As much as I tried I just found them to be useless, more for show than go.

AMEN! me neither now! never mind, nothing ventured nothing gained as they say,

I can confirm power adjuster did absolutely f*ck all!

didnt cost me anything, mmm wonder if some muppet on ebay would be interested in it :P :P
