I think it would be better here unless we have a problem with trolls.
Its easier and faster to access the chat without logging on, and it will let people ask questions about the forum if they are wondering about joining,
But if you feel its best to move it to off topic, I have no problem with that.

Today we had a perverted troll. NOT a member, NOT asking questions about the forum.
This is NOT PHOTOSHOP! look at the picture at your own risk. We NEED more ops, more ops means a safer environment. And harder for hackers.

If I see ANYbody (even admins to the forum) doing something disrespectful, I will kick them. It is NOT a ban.
But if things persist with one single person, I will ban them. Bans can last between 6 hours to 3 months, but a perma ban is forever.

Just trying to keep a safe environment for everyone.

I think we should move it only if we have a problem with trolls flooding, spamming, or too many trolls for the chat to function.
If that happens, defiantly move it to off topic.
I am working my best to keep trolls out and giving people ops. The more people with ops. The harder it is for Trojans and hackers to get in.
