What work did you just do?

Didn't do this in one day, from 10/11/2012 to 11/11/2012 in my spare time.

1) FT two brass 760 valves
    drilled & tapped them for front grip screw.
    enlarged ports to 5/32", milled a 3/16" counterbore, and angled the valve port shoulder.
2) made two brass sleeves with polytube seals
3) converted an aluminium 1377 valve to a 760 valve.

Took awhile as I was waiting for equipment and tooling to arrive.

I'd like to know more about those sleeves.
Are those little O-rings on the end?

Sanded off the wood grain and bedlined a set of spare grips and pump arm in preparation for the arrival of a 1322  :-* Took me two hours to sand the wood grain off  >:(  I should have the 1322 in my possesion by this afternoon if all goes well.
