I have gone through the various discussions in this forum and found them to be very informative and innovative as well.

I thought someone was saying that he put a washer between the pump arms at the linkage in a 13xx, but I cannot relocate that thread. Can someone shed the light on this.

That be me. Get a small thin washer and take a small grinding bit in your Dremerl and open up the hole so your pin will fit through it. I used a dial caliper and measured the width of the slot in the front barrel band and the width of the pump arm and sanded the washer down so when installed it would leave about 2 to 3 thous. clearance. Here is a picture. Good luck.

Duck thanks for the response. I guess the shimmer is to prevent the pump arm to have side play after extensive pumping, right?

If you have extra side to side play in your pump arm, this will fix it. I noticed it when I went to a longer barrel on my 1322. I had changed the front barrel band and wound up with play. You will also find it on the 2289G doomsday back packer.

Did some work on the 2260 this morning.

Polished the breech
Added a GMAC brass extended bolt
Swapped out the bolt handle for a Chongman handle (Spheres)
Polished the tube, barrel, and grip frame again
Swapped out the BKL mount for silver B-Square rings

Here she is  :)
