Good to hear and see RC!  :-*

Not having a true 2240 for some time now (unless you count the one my wife has for scaring off the hawks ;-) I started to build one myself. Here is how far I have gotten. Valve is in there, but I am waiting on caps, hammer and spring from Davio. They are just fun, light and easy to shoot!

I put a new cardboard on my shootie box. And cleaned some of the BB's and pellets out of it. :P
We need to keep going and have fun doing it.

A simple but efficient "shootie" box, I would like to copy that idea  :-*

It is a 13"x13"X13" box. I stuffed it with towels, pieces of carpet and anything I could find. I have been shooting at this for almost 3 years. It works, but every now and then I have to change the face cardboard. :P :P

Many times a carpet store will give you old carpet samples if you ask.  RC

Or even rubber mulch. Might be easier to separate out the pellets when cleaning it. Just shake it around and they should all be on the bottom.

Added a carbine stock to my 1322 and a steel breech, put on some scope rings and a spare sight from one of my break barrel rifles. Oh yeah and bought a 1377 to further mod down the road  :P

Lol  ;D

Funny, I retired from the Marines after 20 years and that picture kind of startled me at first....  :P

Still factory fresh other then some pellets shot through it, will start with a steel breech and probably a carbine stock. Then a longer barrel and then..........
