If y'all knew this already, I'm going to feel a bit silly, but...
Crosman grip panel screws are switch plate screws. What you put on wall switches for lights. Perfect fit.
This excites me because of the dress-up opportunities. I was in Lowes and they had them in polished brass, antique brass, chrome, bronze, and white, something like $1.05 for a pair.
I got chromes to match the stainless Cothran bits on my 2300 and moved the black ones to my carbine.
8) :-*
My local True Value & Ace has them in Stainless Steel & Brass. 8-32 for body & 6-32 for grip screws.
Good find for the grip frame panel screws! :-*
:-*
they are if your light switch is held on with 6-32 screws ours are 3.5mmx.5 so don't work which is a shame
there is a list of screw sizes in the sticky posts also seal sizes
Cool! Nice option to add a little bling if your so inclined. Thanks!
Switch plate screws, I did not know that. Awesome. :-*
How much needs to be trimmed off to get the switch plate to fit the grip?
;)
Yeah, convert the Crosman trigger to an electric one :-*
