Title: Advice for an optic that I can use without removing the rear sight of my 1377
Post by: kar120c on January 23, 2018, 08:50:25 PM
I am looking for an optic, rifle style, that i can use in my 1377 without removing the rear sight, a LPA MIM.
For an optic like this http://airgunz.altervista.org/CatalogoNazionale3/Crosman_C1377_11.jpg (http://airgunz.altervista.org/CatalogoNazionale3/Crosman_C1377_11.jpg) how high should be mounts to not interfere with sight?

Have you considered getting some 11 mm (for dovetail rail) see through scope rings? Then you can use all kinds of scopes, red dots, lasers, etc.. Your LPA sight would still be usable too.

Ok, thanks. Can you identify the scope in the pic linked?

No sorry, I can't identity it.

You can use about any "low" scope mount and not have the scope hit the MIM sight.
