Title: Marauder Pistol/Carbine Breech
Post by: NorthStaR on January 03, 2012, 03:57:43 PM
Afternoon CAPOF!

If the parts for the 1701p and such are available how long will it be till Marauder repeater breeches are available?  ???

My next more important question is will they fit (modded or not) on a 1377 or a 2240?

I'm sure this is something that's been asked or tried but I've not seen it on here.
And if it ain't here then maybe that's answered my question!!!  ;D ;D ;D

Carl, I reckon if anyones done this or tried, it will be you!  ;)

You can get a repeating breech now from BNM Custom Airguns (http://bnm111.hpage.com/ (http://bnm111.hpage.com/)). This device accepts the Marauder rifle clips and can be had in choice of caliber.

Thanks Breakfastchef. I've not seen that maker before - bookmarked! They look cooool.  8)

I do have a JRA repeater that takes Marauder clips but I was curious if this official breech
would be available and how compatible it is with 22xx/13xx setups.

Maybe it will need an adaptor like what in some riser breeches... I just don't know! I'm fishing with not much bait here!  :D

Factory breech for the 1701P and the Marauder pistol don't fit the 13xx or 22xx series of guns because the breechs use a four screw mounting scheme.  But as mentioned there are other breechs designed to fit the 13xx and 22xx guns.

But then if we do wait long enough perhaps someone will do something unique and affordable and not one of a kind.
