Title: 1377 Steel Breech Question
Post by: Canam1 on August 10, 2012, 03:33:45 PM
Hello All,
I received my steel breech from Crosman. I seem to remember seeing horror storys on quality of finish, but mine looks great.
Please bear with me as I am a noobie at this. When you start taking things apart and you pull the bolt back to get to the front screw do you then hold things together and pull the trigger to release the tension?
Then one would proceed at removing the rear screw and lift the breech off.

Thanks

i would leave it cocked that is the position the hammer pin has to be in when mounting the breech
