A lot has been written lately concerning the HDD and just what material to make one of.

I have made several from white Delrin that are working great and holding up well.

Here is my offer: I can mail you a 6 inch piece. The HDD has a length of .300". You will get a dozen or more from the 6 inch piece depending how you part it off. It is .312"OD and solid. You drill your hole and other ops as you see fit.

I will mail each Friday, unlike the screws which I ran to the PO every few days. When you receive it, make a couple, try them out. If you are happy mail a payment of 6 bucks. That is shipping included. If you aint happy, don't worry about it. Fair enough? That 6 bucks for 12 HDD's equals 50 cents each, hard to beat in my book. Contact me by my e-mail on my profile, include your CPOF tag name so I know who is who. Open only to members on this site,

Thanks for considering and hope to hear from you soon.

A thread is here somewhere that has that info, if I can find it. Probably posted the last couple weeks. No pics as they are installed in my guns. I will machine another next week and post a photo then.

Great!  Thanks, and if it's not too much trouble to add in a pic next time you make one, everything would be crystal.

True.  Some are more visual (like me) at times.  Could be a separate "how-to" sticky post even.  If you want to do it.

Ok maybe I should go to bed, I'm moving slow, just found this thread with a pic :

Here's a picture of what the AoA unit looks like when you first receive it.  This photo was taken under a digital microscope.
