Cha-ching! Very nice, even before the transformation. I like the trigger with the holes in it and the power adjuster's cool.  8)

Great looking 2250 you have there.  I bet with extended front end piece the thing is whisper quiet.

20 fpe is easily doable
shot is what makes or breaks it.
i had a 15.5" disco tube and got around 20 shots at 750fps with a 14" barrel and cphp.had it up to 38fpe using jsb monsters shot count was 5-6 but could use 9 shots  the last 3 lower than 38fpe but not much
closed mouths dont get fed

enjoying the 2250 there, the whole set up is well thought out. might look into this dicso idea myself as opposed to the 2260 for my next project.

Just my personal opinion......the Disco is a  much better gun to begin a project with.....and yes, I have done it with a 2260 as well as a Disco :-*

Parts cam in today. She shoots pretty hard. I don't have a working chrony right now so numbers will have to come later. I have only filled it upto 2000psi as i am trying to break in the valve seals. But at 1500-2000 this thing screams.
For right now the fore grip is only on by 3m tape until a fashion a brace off the gauge or whittle a new one from wood to go over the gauge.

I like the updates to your 2250.  Very nicely done.  I'll bet it does shoot hard.

Also thought I read that you can only fill a Dsco to 2000 psi.

I am sure the tube can handle more. the stock valve seals maybe where it has issues. I upgraded to the disco boss valve which uses a delrin stem seal. But i will have to research more. even if it can only handle 2000psi it rips at that so i will be happy. thats also a lot less pumping. :)

Oh man, are you still using a hand pump?  Your next purchase should be a Shoebox compressor.  Great addition especially if you are going to do more HPA or PCP stuff.
