Hi Guys!

I have the opportunity to buy a Crosman 2250XT but with this gun I'm really turned off by the price of the 88g Airsource cartridges :(
I was wondering if a conversion tool exists to use 12g cartridges in this gun? Like an adapter with a screw tread of a 88g bottle but a 12g cartridge inside (or something)..

I always liked the 2250b but since it's discontinued I'm considering the above as an option (if possible).

Thanks in advance!

There are a few options.

1: a RAP4 2 x 12g Co2 cylinder - they go back to back inside it. You can also put an empty one in with a full one for half the gas.
These are however an ASA paintball style thread. I am using one on my AS2250XT project (scroll through).

2: a RAP4 12g to ASA cylinder and then get an 88g adaptor

3: a umarex 850 AirMagnum 2 x 12g Co2 Co2 cylinder. Same deal as the RAP4 but with an 88g thread and brass fittings. Twice the price.

So with any of these you can attach 1 or 2 x 12g capsules to suit your needs.  :-*
