I received my chrony in the mail today. First thing I did was test out my 1377. The only performance mods have been the addition of Mellon 20" barrel and Mellon flat top piston and valve. Chrony results at 10 pumps: 688 fps using CPHPs. I'm thinking putting in lighter valve spring and disco hammer spring will put me well over 700 fps. I appreciate all the input and ideas from everyone here. Anything I know has come from this forum.

a disco hammer is only useful if pumpng more than 14x or at the point your valve retains air
a lighter valve spring does help the pumping effort
those are some great numbers for 10 pumps
i looked back at an old thread of mine i had my 1377 shooting 790fps at 18 pumps using cphp
the thing i noticed is my bolt charging 13xx guns will not generate the same fps as my rear charging 13xx guns

Those are good numbers at 10 pumps :)

Howdy....today I installed a lighter valve spring. I went with a 9/32, 1 3/8, .025 spring. Chrony results at 10 pumps 709 fps. I'm considering this gun finito. On to my 2400kt when it gets here.
