You are going to like that front sight for target shooting.  For plinking or hunting maybe, maybe not.
Need to ask, where did you get it?  What are you going to mount it on?  And, if mounting on a 2240 or 13xx type of gun, how are you going to mount it?

It's coming from MidwayUSA, and it's going on a Crosman 160.  Already have the rear peep.
I will mod or make a small dovetail mount that screws on in place of the front sight.
