Saw this the other day on yellow and for $95. shipped & I couldn't pass it up.  Especially since I needed it.  ;)
It's about year and a half old and doesn't look like any screws have been turned.  Probably wont be able to say that in a day or so.

Good score, Bill. I posted about this gun on the 'Seen for sale somewhere else on the net' thread. Glad a CAPOF member got it.

Nice gun!

I looked at it briefly, but passed... now that I bought those grips Rick posted yesterday, a gun like that would be the perfect combination. I might need to keep an eye out for something similar as it is probably cheaper to go that route or a 2300KT in lieu of modding the 2240.

Are the main differences between the 2300T and a 2240 the barrel/bolt size, steel breech and LPA sight?

The valve has a spacer and a different front section.  Don't know what the difference is yet but it is a different part #.   Probably less volume.  The bolt & handle are same as 2240.  It has an over travel screw and a sear spring adjuster as well as short breech & MIM.
As quiet as it is in comparison to the 2240 it must be sipping CO2.  It shoots straight is about all I know now.
Will file full report tomorrow between football games. :)

Comparison thread on the valve including pictures.  I have a 2300 but valve stem seal went on mine and I replaced with standard valve (thanks to Droid  :-*) .  More powerful now but lower shot count.

:P :P :P I dropped the hammer and got a tracking number on a Flying Dragon, XISICO XS60C, PCP in .22!

Was looking hard at CO2 guns and the 2260 held a real attraction, but the price, availability and power of the XS won out!  ;) ;)

The XS will do a honest 25FPE!

Ordered a LDC for the XISCO today too!!'She has gotts be quite to shoot rats!!  LOL

I'm pretty excited I see many claims of upper 800 FPS with heavy 18g pellets!! A few chrono pics showing mid 800's FPS with 15g pellets on LOW power settings! At worst that's a  25+FPE on the LOWEST settings!

You're being an enabler... Which LDC are you going for? does TKO have one? (I haven't looked into any yet, my Mrod came equipped...), with that much power i'd want one, the Mrod is spoiling me...
Near McMinnville, Oregon

Looking forward to the review on this one. I kind of have a feeling that if Mike is working on them, you will have a winner  :-*

Exactly Mike IS doing the mods himself!!

YES, TKO offers a LDC for this 14mm barrel.

LOVE my M-rod 25 too!!

I have a few mods lined up, I'm thinking power mods will NOT be required. ;)

I'm gonna do something with the ''finely'' figured Chinese wood  :P :P :P... Scope of coarse, unsure yet I have a few to choose from...

I just ordered a set of grips for my 1377 from Gmac.

I think they are gonna look great on it. Not to mention the improved pump arm. I think it will make pumping a lot more easier.

Now on to search for a wire stock since i don't really like the plastic one from Crosman.

I've seen some excellent ones, browsing the gallery. I think a straight one would be perfect.

Any suggestions?

Takis Gmac do a brass one, but I know what you mean I've seen a few black/steel wire stocks and much prefer them.

Personally I'd like a straight one, think it will look sleeker and will raise the cheek for the sights
