Looking over the forums I see some excellent grip sets adorning some amazing guns and just wondered if any of the old masters are still about.

I know Rick Andres is still firing on all cylinders but what about some of the others:

Joshua and Hellgrips in particular

Just curious what happened to these guys.

No one has heard from J A since late April.  He owes more than one of us stuff.
Good luck!

Ahh, I only got back on the scene around June so he was before my time on the forum.

Ralph at RBGrips is still firing on all cylinders. Chongman got a nice set of grips from Canada from a guy named Keith (http://airgunartisans.com/AA%20Keiths%20Grips.htm). Here is a list of current/former grip makers - http://airgunartisans.com/AAStockGripMain.htm

Yeah, im looking for some grips now.

Hellgrips/John Lennon hasn't answered my recent request for grips in over a week now. So I'm guessing he's not firing on any cylinders at the moment.

Rick offers a pair every couple weeks or so.

There's a newer guy on here Firrian Customs who seems to be up and running with a backlog.

Rb Grips is definitely running full speed and I may end up going with another of his. I was looking to mix it up a bit, but Ralph seems to be the only one that's able to service everyone's needs at the moment.

Keith's Grips http://airgunartisans.com/AA%20Keiths%20Grips.htm are outstanding and he is firing on all cylinders! Turn around time is 3-4 weeks, not bad at all.
Long days and pleasant nights to you...

and here i was thinking that no one cares about AA anymore. they seriously need to step it up!

grips are pointless to me, because im not the steadiest shooter with handguns. so i keep my 13xx a carbine. BUT if i were to get one of those wire stocks, then i would DEFINITELY get those grips from keith.

Well... after some research I found that only GMAC (have in stock), SD Custom Design (need wait for some weeks) and Crooked Barn (RBGrips international representative, can pre-order and wait for some weeks to get them done) replay me.

I need International shipping so I bet that my possible choices are tighter then US guys, but was really surprised that there are a lot of manufacturers are out of the game as I get no response from them till this time. Maybe someone have better luck.

To make it worse, though it may now be sorted, the last time I dealt with Jim at crooked barn (about a month ago) he was not able to accept Western Union so I had to send dollars over. Took ages.

western union is the fasted way to get gauranteed cash funds, yet no one wants to accept it and it can be done electronically with no fee to the recipient from the comforts of home
way better than paypal and if you need the cash now you just go get it from any western union station world wide
