Had another tinkle with the trigger and sear.  Removed one of my shim (Pringles lid cut out) from trigger, reinstalled the crosman spring.  Filed and dremeled the sear at touch points again.

Feels better, still not how I'd like but it does seem each time it gets a little better :D

I was looking at the hammer and that's kind of calling to me to give it a polish, is this advisable? Looks rough in the tube (viewed from below when side plate off.  Thinking it will hit smoother?
i always polish the hammer and use alot lighter spring

I saw that thread about the two-piece BB, it looked like a really cool idea. No money or I would have gotten one too. Nice to hear they work well for you.

Tried something new for my Bling On A Budget Build (BOAB). Also did my first cut and crown for the same build.

chef that is very nice work.  Did the crown pass the Q-Tip test?

Are you asking because your critical eye saw the little bit of fiber/hair in the photo? The crown did pass the Q-tip test, but I haven't shot any pellets through it yet.

I did see that fuzz and stuff.  One thing I have learned about macro or up close pictures is that it is best to keep a can of Dust-off or CO2 around so you can blow off the parts before taking the pictures.

Amazing what those macro lenses can see.  :)

Nice work Guys. Like the stock and grips! Must have been a magnifying glass hour to get the detail and 3 colors  :)
