What's been fun recently was seeing the results of some Mother's polish after giving a few triggers some attention.

This polish really is good stuff - it was suggested here.  :-*

Can you provide some specifics on the spring in your trigger assembly...?

All I did was take the stock Crosman spring with me to Ace Hardware and I selected a spring that was pretty close to stock size, but a touch softer - makes a noticeable difference in trigger pull. OSH seems to have decent spring selections, too.

There a few threads around here somewhere in which specific sizes are suggested by brand.

I can pull out the calipers and get some dimensions later, if you like.

Heard that the benji hb and eb have been mothballed. Is that true??? If it is, then all we will be seeing is more aluminum valves...

Yup. Was reported in the last issue of Airgun Hobbyist. I think that takes care of all the guns of Sheridan heritage.
