I found that a Crosman rifle rear sight will bolt on to the rear breech screw on a plastic breech.  Easy elevation & windage adjustments.  I had to raise the front sight by gluing the fiber optic rod from a 760 sight to it to get the sights lined up as the rear sight is a little to high.

Also found that by dremmeling out the ridges in the plastic breech you can put 2 #4 screws through the breech & still clear the bolt.  A Discovery rear sight could then be mounted.  Discovery sight has a smaller U sight cut.  Better sight.

On a plastic breech you would have to use nuts to mount the Discovery sight since it cant be taped as this breech was.

Well I mounted the 4-16x40 Centerpoint on my new Marauder and tried to bore sight it but the shaft on the lazer wasn't long enough to get into the bore.So either I take the shroud off or do it the old fashioned way.hmmmm

Tiny tweek on my 600.
I had been getting 377fps (@4 FtLbs) after my 10" barrel mod, but reading it seemed quite low.

So I found some threads re barrel breech gap.

I loosened screw and pushed in a little more (but still not protruding). Made a difference as it has now ranged between 399 and 404fps over 6 shots. So up to 4.6 FtLbs  :-*

Nice gain for no cost. :-*  I haven't done much lately just tore down my bnm2240 and changed hammer and spring.  Seems to be a little peppier but haven't shot it over the chrony yet.

im a bit surprised that i got permission to do that tbh. we got a fairly strict "no guns or gun parts" policy at school

that flip is made by hand on a drillpress and lathe fyi. one of the finnish guys were doing his finals on my cnc machine so i did this to keep myself occupied

i did however get a green light on doing more when im back on the cnc lathe so i might do alot more of them

I got my 2300 custom shop pistol from Crosman today the first improvement I made is to swap out the factory rings for BKL rings for the scope.I was going to use this as a base for a custom build but I think I am going to be buying more parts.
